The present invention relates to a method for producing tofu. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing tofu which is delicious and rich in nutrition such as vitamins, by producing tofu after soaking beans in water which is produced by infusing stems, roots, and leaves of sea buckthorn in a filtrate of loess suspension using red clay powder and illite.
