摘要 The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a waste underground structure filler using water treatment sludge and, more specifically, to a method of manufacturing a waste underground structure filler using water treatment sludge capable of manufacturing an inner filler of a waste underground structure by mixing water treatment sludge calcined and heat treated with water treatment sludge, and mixing pozzolan materials and hydroponic materials and the like with the same. According to the present invention, the method of manufacturing a waste underground structure filler using water treatment sludge comprises: a step of coarse grinding water treatment sludge to a size of 10 mm or less at a low speed of 200 RPM or less by inserting the water treatment sludge into a grinding device; a step of mixing 30-50 wt% of the coarse ground water treatment sludge, 10-30 wt% of calcined and heat treated water treatment sludge, 5-10 wt% of silica fume, 10-15 wt% of fly ash, and 2-4 wt% of fluidized bed boiler fly ash; a step of adding 15-20 wt% of a hydroponic material in the mixture and mixing the same; and a step of mixing by finely grinding at a high speed of 600 RPM or less after adding curable water to the mixture to which the hydroponic material is added. The calcined and heat treated water treatment sludge is heat-treated at a temperature of 550-800°C and fine ground by a fine pulverizer. In addition, the hydroponic material is one selected from the group consisting of cement and quicklime.
