The present invention provides a driving apparatus of a touch panel, which provides a haptic function using electrodes for sensing a touch. According to the present invention, the driving apparatus of a touch panel comprises: a touch panel including touch sensing electrodes and touch driving electrodes arranged around an elastic dielectric member; and a touch driving circuit which applies a reference voltage or alternating current (AC) voltage to at least one touch sensing electrode group while applying AC voltage to the touch driving electrodes in a haptic mode.
