PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact horizontal shaft type rice milling machine of which a size can be prevented from being enlarged.SOLUTION: A horizontal shaft type rice milling machine has a porous cylinder and a grain milling roll rotatably provided in the porous cylinder, and is equipped with a milling part in which a milling chamber is formed between the porous cylinder and the milling roll. The milling chamber is provided with a raw material supply part at one end side and a rice grain discharge part having a rice grain discharge cylinder at the other side thereof. A peripheral surface of the rice grain discharge cylinder is linearly elongated towards a normal rotation direction of the milling roll, thereby forming a downward inclined rice grain guide face crossing a vertical plane including a central axis of the rice grain discharge cylinder. A rice grain discharge port is provided at a tip of the rice grain guide face.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
