PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem involved in a pressure rice cooker as a conventional heating cooker that during a boiling-retaining process, since steam and sticky rice fluid come out to the outside of an inner pot at the same time, the sticky rice fluid and the steam are separated so that the steam is released outside a body and the sticky rice fluid is accumulated in a sticky rice fluid accumulation tank, and all the sticky rice fluid is returned to the inside of the inner pot so that very sticky rice is cooked.SOLUTION: A heating cooker includes: pressure adjusting means 39 for adjusting pressure in an inner pot; temperature detection means 41 for detecting that the temperature of the inner pot reaches a predetermined temperature; a sticky rice fluid storage 53 that, when the pressure in the inner pot is released by the pressure adjusting means, can separate the steam and the sticky rice fluid coming out of the inner pot, release the steam outside a body, and accumulate the sticky rice fluid; and sticky rice fluid adjusting means 52 for adjusting an amount of the sticky rice fluid in the sticky rice fluid storage. Since an amount of the sticky rice fluid to be returned to the inner pot can be adjusted by the sticky rice fluid adjusting means, stickiness of rice after being cooked is caused to meet the preferences of a cooking person, thereby enabling rice cooking that meets needs of a wide range of users to be done.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
