PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleep state determination device and the like, which determines a proper sleep state from a patient's state detected by his/her body motions, and which can properly determine the presence or absence of a sleep disorder by using on-bed time and sleep time.SOLUTION: The number of times of sleep disorder events detected from patient's body motions is divided by an average value of one-bed time when a person subjected to measurement is laid on a bed and sleep time when a sleep state is detected from the body motions of the person subjected to measurement.
