The present invention relates to a thermoplastic plastic light reflector, a manufacturing method, and a molding mold structure. More specifically, the present invention relates to a thermoplastic plastic light reflector, having beautiful appearance and securing the uniformity of the products, to a manufacturing method, and to a molding mold structure. The manufacturing method comprises: a material supply process for supplying a material of a thermoplastic plastic film or a sheet; a material preheating process for preheating the material; a drawing molding process for frictional modification drawing molding the material to the inside of a cavity port of a molded mold; a shape solidification process for solidifying the cavity shape of the thermoplastic plastic light reflector; a water-cooling process for water-cooling the molded product; air-cooling process for spraying the air in the molded product, removing the moisture, and air-cooling the same; a separation process for separating the thermoplastic plastic light reflector molded product in the molded mold from the molded mold; and a processing process for dividing or processing the molded product, and removing a scrap. |
