Provided are a preservative-free nonwoven fabric product comprising β-glucan and a manufacturing method thereof. The preservative-free nonwoven fabric product comprising β-glucan of the present invention comprises: a first nano-sized zinc zeolite aqueous solution including water and a zinc zeolite catalyst with a size of 1 to 990 nm mixed in the water; a β-glucan solution prepared by mixing a second nano-sized zinc zeolite aqueous solution and β-glucan without adding a preservative; and a nonwoven fabric including the first nano-sized zinc zeolite aqueous solution and the β-glucan solution without containing a preservative. The second nano-sized zinc zeolite aqueous solution comprises water and a zinc zeolite catalyst which has a size of 1 to 990 nm and constitutes 1 to 5 wt% in the water. Provided are a preservative-free nonwoven fabric product, a diaper, moistened tissue, which have excellent antibiotic, antibacterial performance on human skin for a long period of time without using a preservative, and a manufacturing method thereof.
