Disclosed is an apparatus for fermenting and drying sludge. More particularly, the apparatus of the present invention is constituted so as to ferment and dry sludge cake such as sewage, wastewater, residues, etc., which is primarily dehydrated through a centrifuge dehydrator, using warm water and warm air, thereby innovatively reducing water content. Further, the apparatus reduces volume of sludge cake and thus remarkably reduces costs of sludge treatment. The apparatus for fermenting and drying sludge comprises: a sludge cake supply unit; a case including an injection part and a discharge part; a mixing-conveying unit; a fermentation warm water tank; a drying unit including an air warming pipe, a warm air injection pipe, and a warm air discharge pipe; and a ventilation unit. |
