The present invention relates to a semiconductor device, and an operation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: eliminating memory blocks; determining whether a selected memory block among the memory blocks is a memory block which is lastly eliminated; and performing a program operation of the selected memory block when the selected memory block is not the memory block which is lastly eliminated, and performing the program operation by selecting another eliminated memory block when the selected memory block is the memory block which is lastly eliminated. |
