The present invention relates to an apparatus of coating a groove using a cylindrical sleeve for a Styrofoam coating and bonding type buoy and a method thereof. According to the present invention, a buoy in which Styrofoam is foam molded, is supplied as a rectangular sheet and then manufactured to a cylindrical sleeve. Then, the buoy is combined with a Styrofoam buoy and heated in an upper oven and rotated, thereby allowing a cylindrical sleeve to be soft. As the Styrofoam buoy is lifted more and rotated, the Styrofoam buoy is heat shrunk to surround a part of a body, a groove, and a side, and integrally coated. At the same time, the cylindrical sleeve is precisely bonded along the groove through a groove forming roller. According to the present invention, a coating apparatus using a cylindrical sleeve for molding a buoy by fixing a cover (65) to both sides of a lateral surface (73) and supplying a cylindrical sleeve (60) to the outer diameter of a body (71) comprises: a buoy rotation supply apparatus (20) for receiving a cylindrical sleeve (60) surrounding a buoy from a transfer apparatus (10) installed in the front, and in which a rotary roller (26) is installed in a location in accordance with a groove (72) in a rotary shaft (25) installed in the upper side of a transfer support (23) to which a lower transfer cylinder (21) is connected; an oven apparatus (30) installed in the upper side of the buoy rotation supply apparatus (20), and having an oven body (31) in which an oven (32) for heating at a predetermined temperature is installed; and a groove forming apparatus (80) in which a groove forming roller (82) is installed in a location in accordance with the groove (72) in the upper side inside the oven (32). |
