PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake-resistant manhole repair method capable of absorbing a stress exerted by an earthquake on a manhole, eliminating a need to increase a repair layer thickness and minimizing narrowing of a space after repair.SOLUTION: An earthquake-resistant manhole repair method is for a manhole 1 having concrete side lumps 2 and 2 laminated. After removing a deteriorated concrete layer on an inner peripheral side entirely along the circumference, a repair layer 6 is formed by applying or casting a resin-based or cement-based repair material 5 on a concrete surface after removing the deteriorated layer, in such a way as to have a separation gap 4 of a prescribed width formed in a ring-form along and over a connecting part 3 between the laminated concrete side lumps 2 and 2. Then, an elastic adhesive 10 is filled into the separation gap 4 formed in the repair layer 6, for forming an elastic adhesive layer 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
