PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric device which improves durability or handleability by realizing reduction in height of the piezoelectric device and reduction of cost.SOLUTION: The piezoelectric device includes a piezoelectric element 110, a frame 120 and an electronic component 130. The piezoelectric element 110 is formed from a piezoelectric vibration piece including a vibration part thinner than a peripheral part, intermediate films bonded with the peripheral part separated apart from the vibration part on front and rear sides of the piezoelectric vibration piece, and sealing films laminated on the intermediate films or the like and including piezoelectric connection pads 72 and 74 electrically connecting with a pair of excitation electrodes formed on front and rear sides of the vibration part. The frame 120 is bonded with one side of the piezoelectric element and includes external terminals 122a-122d for electrically connecting with the outside. The electronic component 130 is such as an integrated chip including an additional circuit such as an oscillation circuit and/or a temperature compensation circuit together with the piezoelectric element. The piezoelectric device also includes: connection members 141, 142, 144 and 146 for electrically connecting the piezoelectric element, the frame 120 and the electronic component; and a resin part 150 covering the piezoelectric element, the electronic component, the connection members and the like on the frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
