PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of printed matters properly.SOLUTION: A server device 1 includes: an identification information acquisition section 11, a first authentication section 12, a second authentication section 13, a transmission permission section 14, and a storage section 19. The identification information acquisition section 11 receives user identification information and device position information indicating a position of a smartphone 3, from the smartphone 3. The first authentication section 12 determines which of multiple pieces of user identification information stored in the storage section 19 coincides with the received user identification information. The second authentication section 13 determines whether the received device position information coincides with distribution position information stored in the storage section 19.
