PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor that includes a hardening type surface layer and speedily restores the image flow during dew condensation.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing an electrophotographic photoreceptor includes: a process of preparing a coating liquid for a surface layer by mixing a hole transport compound containing an acryloyloxy group or methacryloyloxy group, 350-800 molecular weight of chain-like or annular dimethyl silicone oil, and a solvent; and a process of forming a surface layer by forming a coating film of the coating liquid for the surface layer and hardening the coating film. The content of the dimethyl silicone oil in the coating liquid for the surface layer is 0.5 mass% or more to the solid amount of the coating liquid for the surface layer.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
