PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rental rate settlement system in which the rental rate is transmitted to a rental property manager or a lessor even when the use of a credit card for settling the rental rate of the rental real estate property is stopped.SOLUTION: A rental rate settlement system includes: a rental property management mechanism 14 in which a lessor 17 makes a consignment contract of the management business relating to the rental property; a rental guarantee mechanism 11 for performing processing as to a rental guarantee; a credit card proxy settlement mechanism 15 for performing the credit card settlement relating to a lessor 12 and the rental payment; and a rental or the similar rental transfer management mechanism 16 for performing a proxy collection of the rental relating to the lessor and the transfer management. The rental guarantee mechanism makes an inquiry to the credit card proxy settlement mechanism as to whether the credit card settlement of the lessor is possible or not for the credit card proxy settlement mechanism, and if possible, a request for the rental by the credit card settlement is made. If not possible, the request for the rental by withdrawal is made to the lessor via the rental or the similar rental transfer management mechanism.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
