PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film heater capable of transferring generated heat effectively to a hot object.SOLUTION: A film heater 67 comprises: a first protective sheet 69; a heater wiring 71 extending along the surface of the first protective sheet 69; and a second protective sheet 73 for sandwiching the heater wiring 71 between itself and the first protective sheet 69.
