PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure sensor in which a circuit constituting the pressure sensor shaped in matrix form has many wirings, and the design freedom of which is high, at low cost without limiting flexibility.SOLUTION: The pressure sensor comprises a first substrate on which is formed a scanning drive circuit including one or more shift registers, a second substrate on which the first substrate is mounted by pasting thereto and a plurality of drive electrodes connected to the scanning drive circuit are laminated, a third substrate on which a plurality of detection electrodes are laminated, and a pressure-sensitive conductive material layer laminated between the second substrate and the third substrate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
