PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane foam production catalyst which is a compound with a high boiling point including amino groups and ether groups in specific order, has desirable activity as a catalyst and low odor, improves the cure rate of the foam and has an excellent effect capable of reducing migration from the foam.SOLUTION: A polyurethane foam production catalyst (Q) contains an amine compound (A) represented by the general formula (I) in the figure.
