PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma welding power supply device capable of appropriate output control over a wide range.SOLUTION: A power supply device 10 includes a first power generation unit 11 corresponding to high and medium outputs; and a second power supply unit corresponding to a low output. In a case of using a welding torch TH1 tailored to the high and medium outputs, the first power generation unit 11 corresponding to the outputs generates output power for a main arc and the second power generation unit 12 generates output power for a pilot arc. In a case of using a welding torch (TH2) tailored to the low output, the second power generation unit 12 corresponding to the output generates output power for the main arc and the first power generation unit 11 generates output power for the pilot arc. Namely, a control switching unit 20b switches a control over between the power generation units 11 and 12 in response to output specifications.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
