PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive laminate having excellent processability, in which curling or breakage of a substrate is reduced even when a cycloolefin-based resin or a polycarbonate-based resin is used for the substrate, and to provide a method for producing the transparent conductive laminate.SOLUTION: The transparent conductive laminate of the present invention includes: a transparent conductive film having a first cured resin layer and a transparent conductive film, laminated in this order on a first main surface side of a transparent resin film, and having a second cured resin layer laminated on a second main surface side opposite to the first main surface of the transparent resin film; and a protective film laminated via an adhesive layer on the second cured resin layer side of the transparent conductive film. The transparent resin film comprises a cycloolefin-based resin or polycarbonate-based resin and has a thickness of 30 μm or more and 100 μm or less. The protective film comprises a polyester-based resin and has a thickness of 125 μm or more and 250 μm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
