PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breath drawing apparatus that can effectively guide breath by using a tactile pressure, and also without putting a burden on a user.SOLUTION: A breath drawing apparatus includes a tactile pressure stimulating device 10 worn on a body, a breath sensor 20 for detecting a user's breath cycle, and a control unit 30 for controlling the tactile pressure stimulating device. The tactile pressure stimulating device 10 is characterized by including a gel actuator as an operation source of the tactile pressure stimulation. The tactile pressure stimulating device 10 can trigger the tactile pressure stimulation using the operation of the gel actuator contracting in the thickness direction, by controlling a voltage applied to a positive electrode and a negative electrode of the gel actuator. Also, the tactile pressure stimulating device can trigger the tactile pressure stimulation using the operation of changing in the rigidity of the gel actuator by controlling the voltage applied to the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the gel actuator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
