PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stacked structure, an input/output device, an information processing device, which are novel and highly convenient or reliable, and a manufacturing method of a stacked structure.SOLUTION: A stacked structure 90 includes first to fifth regions 101, 101C, 101D, 101S and 101R in this order. Each of the first to fifth regions includes a first base material 11 and a second base material 21. The first region 101, the third region 101D, and the fifth region 101R each include a spacer KB that makes a predetermined distance between the first base material and the second base material.
