摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the corrosion of an internal combustion engine due to condensate water generated in an intercooler.SOLUTION: An internal combustion engine with a turbocharger, comprises: an intercooler provided at a higher position than a position of a combustion chamber of the internal combustion engine at a time of mounting the internal combustion engine in a vehicle; an intake pipe fastened to a cylinder head and connecting an output of the intercooler to an intake port formed in the cylinder head; an EGR device returning part of exhaust gas to a portion upstream of the intercooler; and a rubber gasket hermetically closing a fastening portion in which the intake pipe is fastened to the cylinder head, the internal combustion engine with the turbocharger being configured so that the intake pipe together with the intake port constitutes an intake passage capable of feeding condensate water generated in the intercooler into the combustion chamber without stagnating the condensate water halfway along a route from the intercooler to the combustion chamber, the rubber gasket includes a protrusion portion extending from a bottom of the intake passage to an inside of the intake passage, the protrusion portion is configured to spread in a width direction of the intake passage and to accumulate the condensate water flowing on a wall surface of the intake passage, and the protrusion portion is configured to fall toward the combustion chamber in response to an intake air flow.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
