PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable milling cutter for reducing cost, by enhancing cutting efficiency, by increasing the effective blade number of a disposable milling cutter.SOLUTION: A disposable milling cutter comprises a cutter body 10 and a disposable blade 20, and a blade base 11 is installed on an outer peripheral edge of the cutter body 10. The blade base 11 penetrates through the cutter body 10 in a lateral direction, and comprises a threadedly engaging hole 114. A penetration-shaped screw hole 21 is installed in a disposable blade 20. The disposable blade 20 is fixed to the blade base 11 by inserting a screw hole 30 into the screw hole 21 and the threadedly engaging hole 114. The blade base 11 is provided with a cutter base surface 111 and a sidewall, and at least one recessed groove is installed on the cutter base surface 111. A projection block 23 is installed on a bottom surface of the disposable blade 20, and a shape of the projection block 23 and the recessed groove installed on the cutter base surface 111 correspond to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
