PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for readily forming a stable heterogeneous second liquid region in a specific first liquid.SOLUTION: A hollow box 10 is installed in a first liquid M, the hollow box having an opening 11 on a top surface of a prescribed diameter X1 covered with a current plate 12. The first liquid M and a heterogeneous second liquid F are continuously infused at a required flow rate Fr from an inlet 14 formed on the top surface or a side surface of the box 10 in a direction toward a bottom surface 16, for filling the box. After changing a flow direction on the bottom surface 16 of the box 10, the second liquid F is discharged at a uniform flow rate S from the entire current plate 12 on the top surface 11, to form a region C of the second liquid F in the first liquid M. Desirably, the current plate 12 on the top surface 11 should be large enough to withstand a flow resistance in a region 15a where the flow resistance of a region 15b is difficult to reach, the region 15b being easily reached by the second liquid F after changing the flow direction on the bottom surface 16 of the box.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
