PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbine housing that allows for securement of stable rotation of a turbine wheel even in thermal expansion of a housing member and a shroud member of the turbine housing since these two members are prevented from interfering with each other even when thermally expand.SOLUTION: An outlet flange 2 joined to an exhaust system member on the downstream side is held by means of a holding member HM (outer housing member 20) in a predetermined relationship with respect to a coupling flange 1 joined to a turbocharger TC. A scroll space SS is formed in a housing member 10, and an inlet flange 3 is arranged so as to communicate with the scroll space SS and is joined to an upstream side exhaust system member. A cylindrical shroud member 30 is arranged so as to surround a turbine wheel TW, an inlet end 31 of the shroud member is joined to the housing member 10, and an outlet end 32 is slidably supported on an outlet flange.
