PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker which prevents a user from feeling discomfort even when the user is exposed to an exhaust gas.SOLUTION: A heating cooker includes: heating means which heats a cooking ingredient; an exhaust passage 23 communicating with a cooking container in which the cooking ingredient is placed and provided with medium transfer means 25; and heat exhaust processing means 5 which is provided in the exhaust passage 23 and performs heat exhaust processing, such as cooling, dehumidification, smoke elimination, and deodorization, to an exhaust gas occurring in the cooking container 6. The heat exhaust processing means 5 comprises: a dissolution type heat exchanger 24 including a processing container 28 which stores a liquid medium, a jetting part which jets the exhaust gas into the liquid medium, and an exhaust part which exhausts the exhaust gas passed through the liquid medium to an area above a liquid medium surface; and the medium transfer means 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
