PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector of a simple structure that readily, securely and stably connects adjacent gabions.SOLUTION: A connector 1A includes an engaging member 5 fitted on each of adjacent gabions 2, and a connecting member 6 connecting the engaging members 5 to each other. The engaging members 5 are inserted through both of the adjacent gabions 2, in parallel to each other and across a plurality of meshes of the wire net, thus engaging with a steel wire 3 that forms the wire net. The connecting member 6 is disposed over the adjacent gabions 2, having an end connected to one of the engaging members 5 on one of the gabions and the other end connected to the engaging member 5 on the other of the gabions 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
