PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing bush for a toggle having solid lubricant buried therein in which a lubricant film is preferentially formed at a relative rotating and sliding surface with a pin even under a minute rotary motion at a location where a die closing force is remarkably increased at the time of die fastening operation and a large load from a pin acts and a smooth relative rotation can be carried out without producing any default such as seizure and the like.SOLUTION: A bearing bush 1 for a toggle has a metal matrix 2 and a solid lubricant 3 buried in the metal matrix 2. The metal matrix 2 includes dead end grooves 5 formed at a cylindrical inner periphery surface 4, an annular groove 6 formed at the cylindrical inner periphery surface 4, and circular holes 7a, 7b and 7c, 7d formed at each of a pair of semi-cylindrical inner surfaces 4a, 4b adjacent to each other in an axial direction X and each of two pairs of semi-cylindrical inner peripheral surfaces 4c, 4d holding the pair of semi-cylindrical inner peripheral surfaces 4a, 4b in a circumferential direction R and spaced apart in an axial direction X at each of pairs.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
