PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate having excellent film cut resistance, and a lid material, a distribution packaging container, and a distribution package prepared therewith.SOLUTION: A laminate 10 has a base film layer 1, a laminate adhesive layer 2, a rigid film layer 3, a laminate adhesive layer 4 with gas barrier properties, and a sealant layer 5 which are laminated in the stated order.
