PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burner device enabling shrinkage of incineration time to be attained.SOLUTION: There is provided a burner device 10 for a crematory or an incinerator including two units of double-fluid atomization nozzles 12 arranged side by side, a cap 18 disposed on a central axis line and a frame holder 20 disposed on a central axis line in which the cap is provided with an opening 18c1 at a central part thereof, a partition wall 18c formed so as to show either a conical shape or multi pyramid shape, diameter of which is gradually expanded as it is spaced apart from the double-fluid atomization nozzles, a circumferential wall 18a of the cap is provided with one or a plurality of air inlets 18b and the frame holder is provided with a plurality of holes formed into a shape in which oil fog and air injected from the opening of the cap are turned in a clockwise direction or counter-clockwise direction and blown.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
