PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat device improved in sitting comfort by using a simple structure in which a number of components is suppressed.SOLUTION: A seat device 1 serving as a passenger seat comprises: an underframe 2 fixed onto a floor; a seat frame 3 constituting a seating part; and a back frame 4 constituting a backrest and tiltably supported to the underframe 2. The back frame 4 in an upright state is constituted of: a standing back pad part 40; and a support part 44 linked to a lower part of the back pad part 40 and extending forward. A shaft part (a tilting fulcrum) 45 rotatably coupled to the underframe 2 is disposed on a tip of the support part 44. The seat frame 3 is rotatably pin joint at its front end to the underframe 2, and a rear side portion of the seat frame 3 is placed on the support part 44 behind the shaft part 45.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
