PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production apparatus that can reduce volume for use in a fried food tank while promoting automation, in the production apparatus with the fried food tank to produce deep-fried food.SOLUTION: A fried food processing device includes (1) a fried food tank to keep oil for fried food therein, (2) two endless chains disposed in the same height to each other in parallel and disposed in a space outside the fried food tank, (3) a storage unit connecting two or more cup-shaped containers, and a retainer having a pair of supporting rods extending from both ends of the storage unit and detachably mounted in the endless chains at the end of the supporting rod.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
