PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus in which compression to storage capacity due to storage of document data can be suppressed.SOLUTION: The information processing apparatus (a conference material printer 14) includes: a conference information reception part 22 for acquiring conference information of a conference; a material storage period calculation part 23 for calculating storage period of document data by using the conference information; and a storage part 25 for storing the document data for the storage period calculated by the material storage period calculation part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
