PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an easy reservation in food service industries, and an action taking to a change after a reservation time with customers is confirmed, and a collection of information by utilizing portable terminals and the like owned by customers through a coordination with the portable terminals, and to enhance a customer satisfaction by using the collected information.SOLUTION: Portable terminals owned by customers are used in dissemination/transmission of information for a specific shop, and further, collected information is stored in a system.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
