PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device that has good operability in attaching/detaching to/from an apparatus body of an image forming apparatus, and has suppressed costs.SOLUTION: There is provided a fixing device 9 including: a fixing member; a case 93; a fixing device-side connector 94 that has a harness-side connector 111 removably fitted thereto and is fixed to an outer wall surface 93B of the case 93; and a protective cover 95 that is temporarily tacked to the outer wall surface 93B of the case 93 to cover a fitting part between the fixing device-side connector 94 and harness-side connector 111 before being mounted on an apparatus body 1A, and is mounted on the apparatus body 1A to be fixed between the outer wall surface 93B of the case 93 and an inner wall surface 1A-1 of the apparatus body 1A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
