According to the present invention, a converter refining method comprises: a blowing process of injecting oxygen into a converter to refine molten steel; a process of measuring a temperature and a concentration of carbon of the molten steel during converter refining of the molten steel by blowing; a process of predicting whether over-blowing occurs at a blowing end time point using the temperature and the concentration of carbon of the molten steel; a process of inputting an Si raw material into the molten steel when an occurrence of over-blowing is predicted; a process of ending the blowing after finishing inputting the Si raw material; measuring the temperature and a concentration of oxygen of the molten steel at the blowing end time point; and a process of predicting at least one of a temperature and a component using the measured temperature and concentration of oxygen of the molten steel at the end point, and inputting the Si raw material into the molten steel when re-blowing is to be performed. According to the embodiments of the present invention, when over-blowing is predicted during a converter refining work, it is possible to prevent outside air from being absorbed into a converter by inputting an Si raw material; and is possible to prevent a concentration of nitrogen in the molten steel from getting higher during the converter refining work. |
