The present invention relates to a sidewalk structure having a draining and city water function, comprising: a sidewalk upper plate having a plurality of holes in a grid shape to have a function allowing water to be smoothly drained so that rainwater may not stagnate on a sidewalk and formed of plastic flooring; a base plate formed on the ground below the upper plate; and a drain formed on both ends where a sidewalk ends and having a predetermined bore, whereby a smooth draining function not causing a problem such as water stagnation is provided. Also, by providing a storage tank storing rainwater, snowmelt, and the like, in the sidewalk structure, water can be supplied to a flower bed of an apartment or a flower bed provided on a general road. |
