The present invention relates to a detachable handle for cookware and a kitchen utensil, attached or detached by being inserted or taken out from a through-hole formed on the side wall of cookware such as a pot, a pan, etc. The detachable handle for cookware comprises: a handle body; a fixed holder having one end fixed on the handle body; a movable holder having one end arranged on the handle body; a spring formed on the handle body, and pressing the movable holder; and a lever installed on the handle body to be slid, and pulling the movable holder in the direction opposite to the direction that the spring presses. The present invention has the purpose of providing the detachable handle for cookware and the kitchen utensil having a support force, while having a simple attachment and detachment structure. |
