The present invention relates to a shaft alignment repair method for a bearing housing. The shaft alignment repair method for a bearing housing repairs a misalignment between a bearing housing and a bearing connected to a rotational shaft in a device using the rotational shaft. The shaft alignment repair method comprises a step of attaching a flexible shim plate having a thin film shape to a bent portion inside the housing coming in contact with an outer circumferential surface of the bearing. The shaft alignment repair method for a bearing housing more accurately and properly corrects a misalignment than a correction of an existing plane portion, thereby not requiring to manufacture an additional planar shim plate.
