PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker which has a simple structure to cool a motor for driving a circulation fan with outer air and supplies the outer air to a heating chamber.SOLUTION: A heating cooker includes: a circulation fan which circulates a gas in a heating chamber (2); a motor (56) for the circulation fan which drives the circulation fan; an air supply passage (55); an air supply damper (51) which opens and closes the air supply passage (55); an air supply fan (54) which supplies outer air through the air supply passage (55); a cooling passage (71); a cooling damper (72) which opens and closes the cooling passage (71); and a control device. One end of the cooling passage (71) is connected with the upstream side of the air supply damper (51) of the air supply passage (55) and the other end opens toward the motor (56) for the circulation fan. The control device controls operation of the air supply damper (51) and operation of the cooling damper (72) to supply the outer air to an interior part of the heating chamber (2) and cool the motor (56) for the circulation fan with the outer air.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
