PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture inexpensively without increasing the number of components, and achieve a stable mounting state with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A stud pin is used by mounting on a recessed part 5 formed on a tread surface. A body part 7 has an outer side surface 11 arranged along an inner side surface of the recessed part 5. A plurality of retaining parts 13, which project to an outer diameter side to one of an axial direction of the body part 7 and of which a circumferential dimension reduces, are formed on the outer side surface 11 of the body part 7. The retaining parts 13 are arranged at equal intervals circumferentially on the outer side surface 11 of the body part 7.
