PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting component.SOLUTION: A light-emitting component includes a substrate, a semiconductor laminate which can emit a beam of light, a first reflection structure located between the substrate and the semiconductor laminate and reflecting a beam of light, and a second reflection structure located between the substrate and the semiconductor laminate. When a beam of light is made incident at a first incident angle from the semiconductor laminate on the first reflection structure or when a beam of light is made incident from at a second incident angle from the semiconductor laminate on the second reflection structure, the light-emitting device can acquire the maximum reflectance.
