PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for enhancing the cooling efficiency by contriving the structure of fins, with regard to a collision jet type cooler.SOLUTION: A cooler 2 includes a housing 7, a base plate 3, a plurality of fins 14, a partition plate 5, and a nozzle 6. The base plate 3 is one side plate of the housing 7, and a cooled object is attached to the front surface thereof. The plurality of fins 14 are stood on the back of the base plate. The partition plate 5 sections the space in the housing into a first flow path remote from the base plate, and a second flow path remote close to the base plate. The nozzle 6 elongates from the partition plate toward the base plate, and ejects a refrigerant toward the back of the base plate. At a position of the fin facing the nozzle, the cooler 2 has a slit reaching the root of the fin, while narrowing the width as it approaches the base plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
