BIO-MOLECULE DETECTION METHOD AND SYSTEM BY AUTOMATIC RECORDING OF RESONANT FREQUENCY SHIFT BASED REAL-TIME RECOGNITION OF BIO MOLECULAR INTERACTION

The present invention relates to a bio-material detection method and, more specifically, to a bio-material detection method through quantitative analysis of interaction between bio-molecules based on resonant frequency change measurement automation of a cantilever according to real-time interaction between bio-molecules using a micro cantilever for an atomic force microscope (AFM). The bio-material detection method includes: (a) a step of fixing a first bio-molecule on the surface of the micro cantilever for an AFM; (b) a step of automatically recording a resonant frequency change of the cantilever according to a combination reaction by processing a second bio-molecule combined with the fixated first bio-molecule on the micro cantilever; and (c) a step of calculating a change rate of the resonant frequency in real time by plotting a peak of the automatically recorded resonant frequency for each time by using a following matlab code.
