The present invention relates to a pressurization fixture which facilitates manufacturing of a durable dye-sensitized solar cell by applying uniform pressure to a substrate during a process of heating and hardening a dye-sensitized solar cell partition body (3) so that the partition body can reliably adhered to the substrate. The present invention also relates to a method for manufacturing the dye-sensitized solar cell partition body using the partition body. The pressurization fixture for manufacturing a dye-sensitized solar cell comprises: an upper frame (10) which includes a first press surface (11) being in contact with the upper surface of a first substrate (1); a lower frame (20) which includes a second press surface (21) on which the first substrate (1) and a second substrate (2) are stacked to be settled; and a coupling unit which fixes and loosens the upper frame (10) towards the lower frame (20). The coupling unit has a function to limit separation distance between the first press surface (11) and the second press surface (21) so as to apply pressure to the first substrate (1) and the second substrate (2).
