PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine the program and/or the advertisement of broadcast content viewing or contacting by means of a terminal, from broadcast start, in short time with high accuracy, and to provide the information related to the program and/or the advertisement to the terminal.SOLUTION: By using an intelligent terminal 10, such as a smart phone having a camera function, a television image under reception is captured and sent to a center apparatus 20. The center apparatus 20 determines from which program a video is captured, or which television advertisement is captured for all (or predetermined) programs and television advertisements, in a short time with high precision, and displays the information related to the program and television advertisement on the intelligent terminal 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
