PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction machine capable of reducing the moment applied to a portion supporting getting-on/off means used for getting on/off a cab.SOLUTION: A demolition machine 1 includes an upper frame 4, a cab 5 provided above the upper frame 4, a cab elevation device 6 for supporting the cab 5 to be elevated, a spacer 7, and stairs 11 and 12. The spacer 7 is inserted between a base 43 of the upper frame 4 and the cab elevation device 6 in order to raise the cab 5. The stair 11 is connected to a side surface lower side of the cab 5 to be supported, and is elevated together with the cab 5.
