A method of certificateless non-interactive key exchange according to the present invention means a method of certificateless non-interactive key exchange performed by a plurality of terminals. The method comprises: generating a unique secret value (x_i); generating a public key (PK_i) by using an open parameter received from a server and the generated secret key value (x_i), wherein the open parameter is generated by the server; receiving a partial private key (D_i) corresponding to ID_i of the terminals from the server; generating a user′s private key () using the partial private key (D_i) and the unique secret value (x_i); and generating a session key using the user′s private key() and the public key (PK_i) generated by the other party user terminal.
